The problem, and what changes
Separate vendors, separate consoles, and encryption with an expiry date
Your branches, ATMs, stores and plants now run on a mix of MPLS, broadband, 4G, 5G and VSAT. Each link, each device and each cloud app is a way in for an attacker. Most teams manage this with separate routers, firewalls and VPNs from separate vendors, each with its own support desk. When the fibre at a store drops at 11 am, billing stops, and your team calls three vendors to find the fault.
Your encrypted traffic carries a newer risk too. An attacker can capture it today, store it and decrypt it later, once quantum computers can break today's key exchange. If your records stay sensitive for years, as they do for banks and government bodies, that risk starts now.
What changes for you
Uptime
Your sites switch links and SIMs automatically, with sub-second failover on SD-WAN SLA policies.
Cost
Move your sites off expensive circuits to broadband and 4G/5G, without losing control of performance.
Security
One policy for your sites, users and apps, from the router to the cloud.
Compliance
Logs, controls and reports that help you meet CERT-In, RBI and DPDP obligations.
Future-ready encryption
Post-quantum protection on every IKEv2 tunnel, available today.

Products
Every edge, one vendor
SASE (SD-WAN and SSE) for your branches and people, firewall and Wi-Fi for every site, IoT & Edge routers for your machines, and managed services when you want us to run it. Every Nexapp device runs NexappOS.
You may start with a single need: a 4G router for an ATM, a backup link for a store, remote access to a PLC. As your needs grow, the same devices join an SD-WAN fabric, then add NGFW and SSE/ZTNA. You keep the same vendor, the same NexappOS and the same post-quantum encryption at every step. You have nothing to rip out and replace.

Why Nexapp
Built for the way Indian enterprises run
You get one vendor, one SLA and one support desk, from the router at your edge to the policy in the cloud.
One vendor from router to cloud
You buy routers, firmware, SD-WAN, NGFW, SSE and management from one vendor. One SLA covers hardware, firmware and platform.
Post-quantum on every layer
Your SD-WAN, router, SSE and management tunnels use hybrid ML-KEM key exchange. You also get ML-DSA authentication, post-quantum-signed firmware and post-quantum TLS 1.3.
Your data stays where you choose
Use our India hosting or run the platform in your own data centre.
Built for Indian networks
Your routers arbitrate dual SIMs by signal, latency or data usage, use any port as WAN, and fail over across 4G, 5G, broadband and MPLS.
Operated from India
Your support comes from a 24×7 NOC in Pune and field teams across the country.
Proven at scale
75,000+ devices and 400+ customers since 2014.
How it works
One secure path for every connection
Every site, user and device on your network follows the same four steps, under one policy, from one console.
01 · CONNECTAny link, any edgePlug in an Instaroute router or SD-WAN edge. It provisions itself by serial number and joins the fabric over any link.
02 · INSPECTSee every app and linkNexappOS and the Nexapp Controller identify your applications with DPI and measure each link for loss, latency and jitter.
03 · PROTECTOne policy, post-quantum tunnelsOne policy covers IPS, antivirus, web filtering, ZTNA and zone firewalling. Every tunnel uses hybrid post-quantum key exchange.
04 · DELIVERBest path, every timeYour traffic takes the best path: overlay, local internet breakout or gateway. Your critical apps keep running when a link fails.
More than 400 enterprise and banking customers run 75,000+ Nexapp devices. If your ATMs still run on VSAT, see how the flagship rollout moved 2,500 ATM sites to dual-LTE.
Indian ATM network · BFSI
2,500 ATMs, VSAT → dual-LTE
An Indian ATM network moved 2,500 ATM sites from VSAT to dual-LTE Instaroute routers. Every site came up on day 1 through zero-touch provisioning. The result: more than double the bandwidth, direct cloud connectivity and higher uptime.
Also trusted by Wipro, Jio, BSNL, NABARD, Aditya Birla Group, Siemens Gamesa, Nayara Energy, ReNew Power and many more of our 400+ enterprise and banking customers.

Do we have to rip out our MPLS and firewalls to start?Rollout
No. Most customers add broadband or 4G/5G next to MPLS first, and the Nexapp Controller steers each application over the link that performs best.
You retire circuits only where dual internet links meet your SLA, and you add NGFW or SSE/ZTNA when you are ready, on the same devices.
How fast can we bring 100 or more branches online?Rollout
As fast as links and couriers arrive.
Zero-touch provisioning means you pre-register each device by serial number and it configures itself when plugged in, so no engineer has to visit. Branches move in planned waves, and config snapshots let you roll back instantly.
What happens to a branch or ATM when its main link fails?Rollout
Traffic moves to the next best link in under a second.
SLA probes watch loss, latency and jitter on every path, and dual-SIM Instaroute routers can fail over between two operators. For payments and other critical apps, duplicate mode sends each packet over two links, so a single failure drops nothing.
Is "quantum-safe" switched on today, or is it a roadmap?Security
It is on by default today, on every connection.
Each IKEv2 tunnel and TLS 1.3 session uses hybrid post-quantum key exchange (classical plus ML-KEM, NIST FIPS 203), with ML-DSA (FIPS 204) authentication and post-quantum-signed firmware. That protects traffic recorded now from being decrypted later by a quantum computer.
Can our management data and logs stay in India, or in our own data centre?Security
Yes, both. Run the Nexapp Controller in your own DC and DR with controller HA and replication, or have us host it in India.
You set log retention to your policy, including CERT-In's 180 days, and every log stream exports to your SIEM over syslog.
Will Nexapp pass a bank or government tender?Compliance
Yes, we are built for it: Nexapp is an Indian OEM and a Class-I local supplier under the PPP-MII Order.
Instaroute routers carry TEC MTCTE certificate 244903206, and the company is ISO 27001, 20000-1, 9001 and 14001 certified. Partners get a manufacturer authorisation form (MAF), spec sheets and design support for each bid.
Does Nexapp make us compliant with CERT-In and RBI rules?Compliance
No vendor can do that for you, but we give you the controls and evidence.
You get segmentation, MFA-based access, central logs kept in India for 180 days or more, and a cryptographic bill of materials (CBOM). Those support CERT-In's 6-hour incident reporting and the RBI Directions of 31 July 2026; the compliance duty stays with your organisation.
Who do we call at 2 a.m. when something breaks?Buying
Our 24×7 NOC in Pune. Because Nexapp makes the routers, the NexappOS firmware and the management platform, one team owns the fix, under one SLA, with no vendor finger-pointing.
Can we pay per site instead of buying hardware up front?Buying
Yes. Buy devices and licences outright, or take Nexapp NaaS on a subscription per site that covers hardware, connectivity, security and 24×7 operations.
You can buy direct or through a Nexapp partner.
