Product descriptions, specifications, performance figures, prices, roadmaps and case studies are provided for general information. They may change without notice and are not an offer, a commitment or a warranty. We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every item is complete, correct or up to date.

Summaries of rules and guidance from CERT-In, the Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, the DPDP Act and Rules, TEC, DST and other bodies are for information only. They are not legal advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance and should consult your advisers. Using Nexapp products can help you meet some obligations, but it does not by itself make an organisation compliant with any law or regulation.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software and design, belong to Nexapp or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nexapp, NexappOS, Instaroute, NexParth AI, InstaShield, InstaAccess and InstaWave are trademarks of Nexapp Technologies Pvt Ltd. Other names, logos and marks belong to their owners. Customer logos are shown with permission, and references to analyst reports are used under the publishers' citation terms.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation of Nexapp products. You may not copy, modify, republish or commercially exploit site content without our written permission.

Datasheets, whitepapers and other documents are provided for evaluating Nexapp products. You may share them within your organisation and with your advisers for that purpose. They are provided "as is", without any warranty.

When using the site, you must not:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload or transmit malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
• scan, probe or test the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• scrape or harvest content or personal data by automated means, other than standard search-engine indexing;
• overload or disrupt the site, or bypass its security or rate limits;
• submit false information or impersonate anyone through our forms.

We may block access or remove content to protect the site and its users.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the site or a Nexapp product, please report it to us privately as described on our Trust page and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it. Research carried out in good faith and in line with our vulnerability disclosure policy will not be pursued as a breach of these terms.

The site links to third-party websites and services, such as social networks, WhatsApp and our cloud console login pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. Your use of Nexapp consoles is governed by your customer agreement.

To the extent the law allows, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent the law allows, Nexapp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Nexapp against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies from the date it is posted. Please check it when you use the site.
